KaptinKate and I just had a really cool session with Heather! She wanted to look at whatever the most impactful point was that she could heal, and if there was time, she also wanted to explore some past lives. Luckily, we work hella fast.
Kate asked Heather what she thought might be the most impactful thing, and Heather said she wanted to not smoke as many cigarettes.
We asked if this feeling came from her own discomfort or if it was more about what society believes is “bad” or “wrong.” She realized it was mostly society. Sometimes she feels fine with smoking and even enjoys it, but other times she hates it and wishes to quit.
Kate explained that if you enjoy something but try to quit, you’ll most likely go right back to it. I added that it’s more important to find the clarity behind why you smoke in the first place.
Both Kate and I were getting that it was connected to transmuting things. Kate specifically saw the back right side of Heather’s brain light up, so we guided Heather to ask her spirit team what that part of her brain does for her.
Kate saw it was connected to past lives, and Heather shared that she worked inside a rehabilitation environment. We figured out that she’d been acting as a filter—navigating all the energy for everyone around her throughout her day.
So, we decided to go to the most impactful point we could heal about Heather and smoking. That immediately took us to a past life connected to her role as a filter, confirming everything we’d seen so far.
When we opened the energetic portal with that coding, Heather and I felt her drop backwards into a hollowed-out stone area. Kate asked, “Are you in a stadium?” and Heather heard, “Yes.” I got that it was a Roman stadium. We all agreed it was, in fact, a Roman stadium building.
Kate and Heather began looking around at the structure, noticing how it needed to be built completely differently in order to withstand time and events.
We asked to go back to before the place was built, opened that portal, and got Heather to merge with that version of herself. She exchanged information with her past self, then called in Kate’s oversoul from that life. Together they quickly got to work improving the building plans with their present-day 2025 knowledge. Heather also called in her divine crew, in that life, to get the job done better and faster.
When the work was finished, we pushed it through the timelines and rippled it outward. Then we all energetically returned to our current timeline.
From there, the conversation shifted to Heather’s desire to find the “correct” career path. She feels strongly pulled to help people heal on a more impactful energetic level, since she’s seen results with herself and with what Kate and I do.
As Heather described her desires, Kate had her do the Pathways Healings and explained that there really is no wrong path. Kate reminded her not to worry, that she’s already: number one-
Healing toward what she wants, and, number two- Helping to heal the medical field—just like us—by working from the outside of it all.
Heather’s last topic was wanting friends who also do this kind of work. She said she’d done the Friendship Healings before, so we got two messages: first, she should call in her divine crew in her current life, and second, that since she’s too busy for full-time, in-person friendships, she needed to clean up her communications with her crew. That way she could enjoy texting and phone calls with them just as much as if they were in-person.
All in all, it was a fantastic session. We loved working together.
