Creation Of Healings Stories
What To Use Instead of "Letting Go"

September Twentieth, 2023

So I just got off a session with Jennifer — and she’s got a lot of experience in the spiritual community. Like, she’s friends with all kinds of people, in the spiritual community. She’s done fire walking, knows shamanic folks, works with energy in all sorts of ways. And for the most part, she’s molded everything she’s learned to work best for her.

Well, she had a conversation with a well-meaning friend yesterday. The friend was trying to help her “let go a little,” right? And I’m all for letting go of stress, but I’m also big on being in control of your own damn life.

So this friend gave her a beautiful energetic prayer — or that’s what they called it — to “let go of everything.” But here’s the problem: there weren’t any clauses in it. No boundaries. It literally told the universe to let go of everything. And for someone like Jennifer, who has her energy team trained to do exactly what she says — not what she means — that meant her whole team went, “She said it, we’re doing it!” … and they did.

Next thing you know, she’s spinning out. She booked with me like, “I’m fucking going crazy here, what is happening?” And I’m like, girl, this is like that meme where the person’s drowning and someone says, “Just stand up.”, and the water is actually only knee deep. Because all her grounding straps were gone.

So first, I had her upgrade, clean off, and reattach her grounding straps everywhere needed. Once she was stable again, I reminded her — her team did exactly what she said. Not what she meant. They don’t play.

And that got me thinking about how much I get really bothered by that whole “let go and let God,” “just go with the flow,” or “release control” narrative. Like, people throw that around so casually — but if you don’t have control, if you’re just “going with the flow,” you’re a human body out in a vast ocean during a storm with no freaking boat, no map, no compass. You’re just flailing. How is that good for anybody?

So yeah — you want flow, but with structure. You want to make sure your team knows the difference between a mantra and a command. Add a clause to your communications with your spirit team like: “Do what I mean, not what I say.” Because if you’re not in control, that means everyone else is — and the “universe” is just all the other people doing their thing.

So no. Fuck that. You wanna be a bad Bitch, I’m the boss.

Her thing we worked on was finding structure with wiggle room. Like a bridge that moves with the waves — flexible but still solid enough to walk across. That is the goal. Adaptable control.

And this goes for magic work too. If you do healings with crystals, herbs, candles, or fire — remember: you are in control of your magic, bro.

For the longest time, I made my healing codes automatically activate just by saying them. But lately, I’ve added interaction steps — like, you’ve got to like, comment, or share the video to activate it. Why? Because it adds structure. It sets parameters.

Same thing with candles or spellwork. Use your ingredients — herbs, colors, oils — for their natural properties, but also add your own structure. Set triggers for when and how the magic activates. Like:

“As soon as they light the flame, the healing begins.”

“When the wax melts down and seals, the intention locks in.”

That is structured magic. It’s got flow, but also direction. It’s intentional. You know where your energy is going — what path, what target — because you built the framework.

You’re not just hoping for magic. You’re commanding it.

You are that Bitch.

Okay bye.
