Hogwarts Administrative
October Twenty-Ninth, 2025
Wow! What an impactful journey we had inside last night’s final Group Guided Adventure, of the month — “Healing the World of Witchcraft and Wizardry: Administrative,” held on October Twenty-Ninth, 2025.
This was the last of five Zoom classes this month healing the Harry Potter realm, and this one took us way back — like all the way back to the actual building of Hogwarts. Not just the idea of it, but the bricks and stones, the land it is built on, and the magic that got infused into all of it.
The very first thing we did as a group was hit it all with “It is Not That Serious” healings. Then we layered in a bunch of communication healings, project management healings, and everyone-has-a-voice-at-the-table healings.
What was interesting, was that everyone in class seemed to have a personal, current-day situation showing up that mirrored the same struggles Hogwarts was having while being built — like teamwork, communication, leadership, getting things off the ground, being heard, all of it. So, we energetically got to work on implementing healings to make everything easier. I am talking energetic headsets, blueprints, notes apps, and even magical clipboards.
Then we started tossing around ideas for how the four house crests should look, how the active meetings could flow better, and how to add a nightly optional celebration of success and achievements. It implemented communication and cohesion.
We even restructured the Hogwarts class framework to include a “Build Your Own Wand” course — swapping out that wand choosing hierarchy for a more empowered and collaborative experience. Inside building that framework, we really got to fine-tune our skills in communication, guidance, craftsmanship, and stored knowledge.
We to a glance at how well our weekly Guided Adventures work because we heal as a group — and how Hogwarts itself could be built stronger with that same group effort and integration.
It was honestly so fulfilling.
